Being a yogateacher for 20+ years, my interest has always been health related and through the years I did all types of trainings in bodywork, health, innerwork and energywork with a wide variety of teachers such as Sara Powers, Cle Sourens, Elliot Saxby and others. Even though yoga has always been a consistent grounding theme in my life it also feels like the different styles of trainings are connecting and blending gracefully together and lifting each other into a holistic approach.
The word healing means different things to different people. For some it might be healing a bodily injury or illness, for others it could be healing from a trauma or working on an emotional or mental imbalance.
Self healing is essential for our overall wellbeing and quality of life. It allows us to address any underlying issues that may be affecting us emotionally, mentally or physically.
Meditation, yoga and other types of (body)work bring us closer to our center, our joy, our vitality and our inner peace, boosting the self healing capacity.
