Even though yoga has always been a consistent grounding theme in my life it also feels like the different styles of trainings are connecting and blending gracefully together and lifting each other into a holistic approach.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>The word healing means different things to different people. For some it might be healing a bodily injury or illness, for others it could be healing from a trauma or working on an emotional or mental imbalance.<br \/>Self healing is essential for our overall wellbeing and quality of life. Everything in existence comes forth out of thought. Living that realisation from the heart instead of the intellect is an ongoing daily learning process. I know that faith is the magic word to manifest my world, but can I always feel this energy in my heart? With that comes self-compassion as we are all our own worst critics.
